Church Opening in Latest Lockdown
In light of the announcement by the Prime Minister regarding the 3rd Lockdown, I just want to advise and reassure you that St Paul’s will be remaining OPEN for Public Worship. We shall be revisiting the Risk Assessment again to ensure that St Paul’s is Covid secure. Could I ask you to please respect this line in the email I have just forwarded from Bishop Michael of Lichfield “Please remind worshippers to arrive quietly, without unnecessary conversation, and to disperse quickly after services, without remaining to mingle with one another”
We can welcome 16 people under strict social distancing and if more people turn up we will not be able to let them in. Of course we shall always attempt to accommodate everyone so it is important that you let Pauline or Karen know if you wish to attend. Our ‘regulars’ with a permanent seat don’t need to advise us every week, just let Pauline or Karen know if you are not going to be there as we are now starting to reach the maximum number of people that we can safely seat with social distancing measures. The Wednesday morning Eucharist at 10.30 am has more spare places.
Don’t forget to wear your mask !
